Step by Step to the Partnership

Performance partnership is a way of ensuring you hit your sales and service targets. It is a means of delivering consistent performance and ensuring you aren’t caught off guard by a sudden downturn in results. We share the responsibility of delivering your sales and service results.

Step 1 – Gap Analysis

We perform a Performance Gap Analysis to identify and quantify sales potential. This process takes an average of one to three days, dependent upon scope of work.

Step 2 – Discovery Presentation

The Khoury Group will present findings to Executive Management. If significant sales potential is identified, a proposal for Performance Partnership will be prepared.

Step 3 – Steering Committee

Once engaged, a steering committee will be identified and formed. Steering committee members may include multiple layers of management, training and development, human resources, supervisor, manager, and frontline employee. Attendees will be determined based on client needs. The committee will address discovery findings, create action plans around mapping Khoury Performance Equation gaps, ownership in the program, establish key performance indicators and agree on reporting and employee/supervisory tools to drive maximum performance. Customized materials to meet business objectives will also be approved by designees on the steering committee.

Step 4 - Program Implementation

Launch: Highly motivational seminars, workshops
On site follow up: Management and front line employee development
Calibration: Monthly Results review and coaching calibrations for supervisors and managers
Ongoing Management: Onsite development to ensure FULL implementation of Performance Equation
